We have designed a hill work out around a shorter 3 min climb. Other sessions like session 3 and 6 will help you cope with longer climbs. After some high cadence warm up sets we climb straight into 8 climbs that will take you to your “peak“ and  beyond.  Is that possible, only you will know, others will find out.
